CSI strives to offer exceptional service to all Conestoga College students regardless of what campus they attend. As we are in the process of transitioning back to campus, service desks at the Doon, Cambridge and Waterloo have reopened.

CSI offers a legal protection program that provides quick access to legal counselling for students in all areas of law, including criminal law. Full-time domestic and international students have access to a toll-free legal helpline that can connect them with a lawyer in their province of study.

CSI Shuttle
CSI provides a complimentary shuttle service travelling between Residence, Cambridge campus and Doon campus at two locations. This service is free to all Conestoga College students, faculty and staff who show the shuttle driver their ONE Card.
Although the shuttle is currently not in operation, as we begin the process of reopening campus, we can anticipate it will be operating in the foreseeable future!

Food Support
Due to the pandemic, CSI is re-introducing distributing electronic grocery gift cards as an alternative to food hampers at the CSI Food Bank.
Any current Conestoga student experiencing financial hardship or food insecurity can apply for this program to receive once-a-month financial assistance from CSI Food Bank. A student can receive an electronic grocery gift card once per month.
