Sana Banu, CSI President
Hey Condors!
We have assembled this page to answer some of your most frequently asked questions. For instance:
Why does the CSI President always refer to students as Condors?
Conestoga College’s mascot is Cliffy the Condor. A common colloquial way of referring to students of a school is by referring to them as the school mascot, in our case Condors.

CSI Frosh Kits

We hope you are enjoying Frosh Week! If you are a Spring or Fall 2021 student who has paid their Frosh Kit Fee, but still have questions about pick-up, you can check out some FAQ.

Don’t see your question? Feel free to reach out to us at and we can help assist you the best we can!

csievents@conestogac.on.ca

  • Can you mail this to me? I am currently not in the area (out of country/in a different city)

Currently we can only allow for on-campus pickups!

  • I need to change the time I booked

Reach out to Student Engagement directly for adjustments to your booking. The first round of appointments are only currently offered until September 17th.
    studentengagement@conestogac.on.ca

  • How do I get one of these?

Students starting in Spring or Fall (2021) semesters had the option to include a Frosh Kit fee on their invoice. If you did not do this, kits will be available for sale in the CSI Online Store in the weeks to come!

  • I tried to claim my Frosh Kit on campus, but I was turned away.

    Please review the following scenarios:

Only Spring 21 and Fall 21 students have had the opportunity to select this optional fee and kit.

If you are confident you have paid the CSI Frosh Kit fee during the Spring 21 or Fall 21 term, but we did not have your Student Number in our database – this could be a billing error with the college and you were never charged for the kit.

Please follow up with csievents@conestogac.on.ca with your name, student number, and screen shot of invoice showing proof of purchase.

If you have already reached out with the above information, we will be contacting directly to troubleshoot further.

There is a chance you also arrived on campus to claim your “Condor Welcome Pack” which consisted of a t-shirt and lanyard (from Student Engagement, International Services and CSI) THIS IS NOT the CSI Frosh Kit. We apologize for any confusion this might have caused.
