Ride Guelph Transit Throughout the City

Guelph Transit offers a 4-month post-secondary semester pass at a discounted rate for students living in Guelph. Visit Guelph Transit for information on how to confirm eligibility and to complete the purchase of a 4-month pass.

 

Ride Well is an on-demand, rural transit pilot project, offering door-to-door transportation in Wellington County and Guelph. It operates Monday to Friday from 6am to 7pm (no service on statutory holidays). For information on fares and how to access this service, click here.

Get Ready to Roll with Grand River Transit!

We know getting to and from campuses and around the Waterloo Region can be challenging. The Grand River Transit (GRT) U-Pass is the solution you can count on! 

 

Did you miss out on opting in to the GRT U-Pass? For students who missed the Spring opt-in window or were not eligible, you still have options for your transit needs through the Spring term!

You can also visit a GRT Customer Service Centre to explore a special summer pass that is valid from July 1 – August 31 for $176.

Get to Know Milton Transit

Students registered at the Milton campus can purchase a Conestoga College Term Pass through Milton Transit - Token Transit for $280 from January 2025. The Token Transit app is required to store the term pass or fare. Students must show the app when boarding the bus (a screenshot is not accepted). Internet or mobile data is required to use the app. 

Brantford Transit

The bus pass fee (U-Pass) paid during the fall and/or winter terms provide registered Brantford campus students with unlimited travel on the Brantford Transit system using their Wilfrid Laurier University OneCard, during the term the fee was paid.

 

Brantford Transit Spring/Summer rate for students: $105.50 (includes the B card activation fee). If you have an existing B card, please bring it with you to the terminal at the time of purchase. Date range of the pass is from May 1, 2025 – September 1, 2025. To purchase, please visit Brantford Transit Terminal at 64 Darling St. Brantford.

 

Starting May 20, 2025: Brantford Transit has launched a new mobile app, BT Connect. Students are invited to visit the Brantford Transit Terminal sales kiosk starting May 20 to verify their eligibility with supporting documentation. Once verified, they will be able to purchase reduced fare products and pay directly from their mobile devices.

Stratford Transit and Community Transit Options

Stratford Transit offers a discounted 30-day student transit pass for Conestoga students. The price is $60 per pass and is exclusively available by showing your Conestoga ONE Card at Stratford City Hall. The pass will be available starting Fall 2025 and is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-replaceable.

If commuting to Stratford from outside of the municipality, Perth County (PC) Connect and ONEXBUS Lines provides service to the surrounding area. More information about their routes, schedules, and fares can be found on their websites.

Did you know that there are designated charging stations for electric vehicles (EV charging stations) at the Doon, Waterloo, Cambridge (Fountain St.) Guelph and Milton (Parkhill Dr.) campuses? Payment for se is required. For more information, click here.
