Annual General Meeting (AGM)
Every year, Conestoga Students Inc. (CSI) hosts an Annual General Meeting (AGM) for our members – yes, we are talking about you! You aren’t just a student at Conestoga, you are a member of CSI, and because you are a member, we have some updates we need to share with you, including:
- What happened in our previous operating year
- What CSI is planning on doing in the future
- What CSI’s financial position looks like
- What changes we have made to our bylaws
How Can You Get Involved With The Annual General Meeting (AGM)?
There are two easy ways you can get involved once we announce the date:
- Join us at the meeting to hear all our updates and have your voice heard by voting on items for approval!
- Submit your votes by completing a proxy instead of attending to still have your voice heard!
