Take a break and regroup before exams! Join the Conestoga community for Exam and Stress Relief Week from December 2-6.

Maybe you are in the mood for some Glow Yoga or a FunkBucket Workshop. Maybe you want to make your own stress relief kit or grab some study snacks. Whatever it is you want to do to relieve that stress, we have something that will ease your tension.

Stress Less Fest, Stress Less Fest, Stress Less Fest! Bet you can’t say that three times fast!
De-stress with some friendly, furry, Therapy Dogs, build your own stress relief kit, get a hand massage, or grab some study snacks! The stress relief kits will include your choice of items such as sticky notes, tea, granola bars, playdoh, highlighters, and more!
