What do you wish you knew more about?
Personality types: I am INTP. Myers & Briggs in shorts MBTI has developed a test that helps in describing your personality type & preferences. INTP stands for Introvert energized by quiet time, Intuitive see patterns & possibilities, thinking to prioritize login & reason, Perceiving prefer freedom & flexibility. I took this test three years back and it has changed my life. Considering the fact that only 3 to 5% of people in this world fall into this personality type, I no longer have to force myself to fit into the crowd. That makes me comfortable with who I am. Since then I have started reading about personality types and it’s still WIP.
What would your perfect room look like?
I’m a minimalistic & organized person. Every item that I own, have a specifically designated place in my room. The funny part is that even if it is dark, I can easily navigate and find what I’m looking for. The room must have windows with a good view.
What would be your ideal way of spending the weekend?
During weekdays, I spend a lot of time on my computer, however, my weekends are no-gadget days. My weekend activities involve reading a book, going on a trek or running or workouts, writing a blog on my personal website, cooking, and hanging out with friends and family.
What is the most annoying question that people ask you?
Two questions: Do I have a real job? How did I lose so much weight?
I do have a full-time job but I have been working remotely since 2018. And I love traveling. Most people think that I’m unemployed & traveling like a mad man across states/countries which is funny.
I did lose 32 kgs in a year. But when I explain then how I did, they don’t believe me.
If you become a master of woodworking, what would you make?
I would love to build my own house. Back in my country, we do have a farmhouse. I helped in the designing part but making one with my own hands would be really exciting.
What’s the best invention of the last 50 years?
Internet. If you have access to the internet you virtually have unlimited resources to learn & do whatever you want.
What TV show is keeping you busy?
Currently, I am watching Explained by Vox. It’s on Netflix. Basically, they take one topic in each episode like Racial Wealth Gap, Monogamy, Why Diet Fail, Stock Market & explain them.
New skill/hobby that you picked up recently?
I have started writing about my personal experiences on my website.
If you could watch one film for the rest of your life what would that be?
It’s a season called Young Sheldon. It’s funny but I enjoy watching it. I think that’s because I can relate myself to that kid.
Best Challenges that you have seen online recently?
I rarely use social media.
